Kids Sleep Meditation Script

Close your eyes and imagine yourself laying under the stars on a warm summer night.

Take a few deep breaths in and out to relax your body and relax your mind.

Breathe in through your nose, and exhale out of your mouth.

One more deep breath in through your nose, and slowly letting go of your breath out of your mouth.

The grass is soft beneath your body and the twinkling stars are all shining down on you. 

You can smell the clean and fragrant summer air as you breathe in and out through your nose.

Now imagine a full moon brilliantly appearing in the night sky above you. 

The moon’s glow is shining down on you and filling you with a peaceful and calming energy. 

You can feel the moon reflecting the sun’s warmth on your face as you continue breathing in and out.

Now imagine a shooting star falling through the sky from the top of your eyes all the way down to your feet.

Feel the energy of the star slowing down as it drifts off into the quiet night sky. 

As it falls out of sight your eyes feel heavy, and your breathing feels slow and calm. 

Now feel yourself drifting off to sleep peacefully and calmly. 

As you gently take rest, feel the warmth and energy of the stars cradling you.

Take a few final breaths in and out before, slowly allowing yourself to fall into a deep, restful sleep.
